Thank you Anet, can we remove cons completely, maybe SF nerf? Cryway nerf?
get your ass ingame then, because my usual fow partners are doing dungeons and I want to do FoW :X

Consumables should have never been introduced in the first place.

Wow guys, srsly ...

Who actually cares about PvE anyway?

Those that bless this nerf are just jealous of all those others that achieve the same in less time with less effort... if you want to do it the oldschool way, go ahead and do it, no one is holding you back...
But stop QQing about how PvE became way too easy and that every noob can do the hardest things with basically no experience whatsoever.

And to those QQing about the nerf, one word, pathetic ... are you so caught up in your "omfgicanspeedclearuwinfifteenminutesiamsogoodbett erthantherest"-itsybitsypinkpony-world
that your whole concept of the game got destroyed? Now you might actually need to invest some time and brains into the whole matter, gosh, that's new for you, ain't it?
Basically, wait for something new you can just take blindfoldedly and run (hinthintwinkwink cryway) with certain success, or quit the game. Srsly, i'd suggest the latter, as you seem to fail anyway!

No one good at this game actually cares about it anymore, seeing as it took the wrong turn ages ago.

Take the buffs and nerfs as they come, play with or without them, best close those threads right away, as they actually lead up to nothing and are just a platform for those bereft of their daily purpose.

If you want to win at this game at this point, quit it, or play it very casually.

/end

Yup. It doesn't really matter the changes they made, there is always some other combination of skills to use.

Versatility is crucial in games. If you can't face change, then you can't success.

Sigh....I have a feeling this will be the beginning to a repeat of the DoA "full to empty" nerf. When will they learn that a majority don't play one game for 4 years just for fun. Farming based builds keep the older players interested...and generally when they are not farming (yes, most farmers don't do it 24/7), they are available to help guildies. Also, newbies that join the game at this point will nearly all be looking for easy "catch up" methods, its the nature of online RPGS.

LOL not that I am against everything said in this post,.. I do agree with some of it... But I LOLed big time. If your for it your jealous and if your against it your pathetic. Not much of a choice there :P

Personally I could care less. Just roll with the punches and some other thing will be real popular shortly. So does that make patheically jealous? :P

Guess what? Anet doesn't have to cater to the pro 'farmers'. Anet has their money and Guild Wars isn't subscription based, so Anet has nothing to gain by having people stay playing for longer. All they want to do is attract new players, and new players don't give a damn if EoC is 20% or 25%.

Unfortunately a similar argument can be made for the high end PvP'ers who have bought all 3 campaigns...

Wowsers.....8 pages of QQ over an expensive pair of 'running shoes'.
I'm impressed.
I used to use EoC (GUMBALLS!!!) for the longer vanquishes....but now I can just simply replace rez with Storm Chaser.
Calm down peoples!

Cons were implemented as a gold sink. That would be a great idea if they were only working on single player.

Like you said they don't have to cater to old pvpers either....but if they want their "free to play" model to have a good reputation they have to put some thoughts into their updates. Personally I rather have a group of "evil pro farmers" to play with than having to rely on a guild or having to deal with empty end game areas like DoA.

OH NOES. It got nerfed. There goes PvE's only source of fun; smashing monsters into tiny bits at incredible rate of speed. Now, I can only do it at an extremely fast but not quite incredible rate of speed. Poo...

Good stuff.
Hopefully we'll have less noob ele's ruining the speed clears from now on. I doubt it though as everyone will claim to have candy corn and just leech when dead.

Next up: CoP ^^
haha, k, lets face it, they nerv CoP and SF and they will most likely loose more than half the current player base, judging by the in-game activity I've witnessed recently.

% effects stack multiplicatively, not by addition.

Recharge of SF under 33% and 20% effects is 32 seconds.

If you can't cope with the change in EoC from 25% to 20% I highly suggest you uninstall.
